- Delivery within 30 days (you will be notified if there is a delay).

- Reliable parties such as Klaviyo, Outlook and Mollie are used.

Shipping Policy
- Free shipping on all orders.
- Ordered before 4 PM (Mon-Fri)? Shipped the same day.
- NL: PostNL/DPD or pick up in De Meern.
- BE: Delivery within 2–3 working days.
- Pick up possible after confirmation.
Returns
- Returns are free within 30 days.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- No direct exchanges → return and place a new order.
- Full refund only upon return of the entire order.
- Return via the returns portal or on your own initiative.
